Hired for our twin's 3rd birthday party, we had a fab afternoon, thank you Out There Indoors! Lots of different areas of interest for the kids to play independently or together. Much less chaotic than a big soft play centre and the adults were able to relax and chat over coffee. I like that they have rearranged the furniture giving better visibility down the length of the cafe. I had been slightly hesitant that 30 people would feel squashed but it was perfectly comfortable, and a sensible limit set by the cafe. Easy free parking nearby too.

What a lovely find! Although it is compact, they have managed to fit in a climbing/slide section, dressing up, role play area, ball runs, stacking and soft toys, play kitchen, colouring, mirrors and sensory items, and more. It felt clean and well kept, and it was actually enjoyable to be there as an adult! An advantage of its smaller size is that the amount of children is limited, therefore it was a much calmer environment than some of the other play spaces I’ve been to. You can tell the food/drinks have been invested in to make to an excellent quality - our cheese and chorizo toastie was excellent. It was lovely to hear the passion behind the space from the owner. And my little one loved it!

We hired the Out There Indoors Play Cafe for our daughter’s 3rd birthday party- we usually host at home but absolutely loved a visit we had had on a regular day. The aesthetic really appealed to me but the kids absolutely loved the toys in offer. I have three girls and the middle (5 years old) declared “I want to live there!” On our way home! The logistics worked out brilliantly. I made packed lunches for the children and brought some drinks and nibbles for parents- Natalie was extremely helpful to us- even making space in the fridge to keep the beers cold! It was a real treat to be there for a special occasion. Thanks so much.

An absolutely beautiful space for children to play in and explore. We felt so welcomed by the staff and had a wonderful time. I loved it so much, I've already booked another play session! Delicious and reasonably priced coffees and food as well!

My 2 year old and I absolutely love this place - we've been going since I was on mat leave and they have something interetsing for a variety of ages. Beautiful toys, well kept and rotated depending on the season AND the coffee is excellent (which makes a change for some play cafes!) they offer a good variety of food for toddler and adult lunches too.

We've been taking our little one to this play cafe since they opened, and we really love it. It's such a special little cafe, and our little one loves visiting. A cute little space, the service is fab, and it's got a lovely family/independent vibe. It's our 'go-to' activity. Also serves good coffee and lunches.

Lovely play place and very good price. I brought a 4 year old and a 2 year old and they both had a great time. They really enjoyed the climbing wall and climbing frames. The soup was delicious I only have 2 negatives: 1. The space was really narrow and much smaller than expected. I think a more boisterous/energetic child would not do well here. They might try to run and jump but there’s not a lot of space for that and lots of little babies around. 2. I don’t know if this was the norm but there was only one staff and she worked tirelessly preparing toasties and soups for everyone, which made waiting for our food over 40 minutes long and that is why we stayed well over the session time. She really could have used an extra hand.
